Our bespoke approach means that we do not follow a ‘one-size fits all’ approach to supporting school and therefore each package is tailored to the needs of the individual school or college. However, a typical timetabling package will include:
- A free-of-charge initial online meeting to understand your specific requirements (an on-site visit can be arranged provided expenses are covered)
- Confirmation of your requirements, including curriculum maps, option blocks, setting arrangements, staffing, rooming and school-specific considerations (for example, split sites, split lunches/breaks, two-week timetables)
- Combing and clash analysis – to help understand whether there are any potential constraints or ‘impossible’ requests for further review
- Initial timetable build
- Further adjustments following your feedback of the initial timetable
- Final timetable build
- Support integrating your timetable into your MIS
- Follow-up support following the implementation of the timetable
Prices depend on the size of your school or college and complexity of the timetable, such as the number of year groups and teaching groups, and will be agreed in following the initial consultation. Prices typically vary between £2500 and £8000.
We also offer an ‘ad hoc’ consultation service to help timetablers who may have reached a timetabling impasse and need a second opinion to help solve their queries. Prices start at £200.
